About our Executive Cheff Manuel Chuc…
Manuel, 27 years old , vocation chef till 17 years old. After completing his academic studies at Universidad Tecnologica de Playa Del Carmen specializing in Gastronomy of the region. Has built at prestigious restaurants, incorporates new techniques, characterized by a “twist”, harmony of colors, flavors and designs . with simple recipes in order to make an explosion of flavors in your mouth.
